Co-Owner
McKay Nielsen
​McKay founded Vistay Vacation Rentals in 2021. He lives in Draper, UT, with his family and enjoys spending time outdoors playing golf, soccer, and snowboarding.
​
McKay purchased a cabin in the mountains of southern Utah, initially for family use, but soon realized the joy it could bring to others. Focused on delivering exceptional service, he is dedicated to helping guests and owners alike enjoy their time in Utah’s beautiful mountains.

Co-Owner
Porter Foulger
​Porter joined his neighbor McKay in May of 2023 as he was looking into property management as a way to transition from a 12 year career in operations consulting for healthcare organizations.
​
Porter has worked for a variety of startups in his career, and enjoys improving processes and helping scale companies to provide increasing value to clients. He also enjoys working on real estate investments, creative finance deals, and private money lending.
Porter loves snowboarding and mountain biking with family and friends.

Favorite vacation: anywhere with mountains or beach :) but if I had to choose one, 5 nights camping at Yosemite with my wife where we hiked half-dome, walked among the giant sequoias, and swam in the icy cold river.

Area Manager
Michael Migleroni
A proud dad of three, Michael brings passion and energy into everything he does. Born and raised on the California coast, he grew up surfing before eventually calling Utah home. These days, you’ll often find him wake surfing, paddleboarding, hiking, or exploring the mountains.

With a genuine love for real estate, he is dedicated to helping others achieve their goals while building meaningful, lasting connections along the way.

Area Manager
Barrett has called Utah home for the past nine years, where he’s developed a deep appreciation for the outdoors and the lifestyle that makes the state unique. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him fishing, training at the gym, or spending time in the mountains.

Barrett brings a diverse professional background in door-to-door sales, software sales, and construction sales. His experience across multiple industries has shaped his strong communication skills and client-focused mindset. He combines industry knowledge with a people-first approach, using everything he’s learned to help clients maximize the value and potential of their properties.

Outside of work, Barrett enjoys staying active and taking full advantage of Utah’s outdoor opportunities.

Guest Relations & Maintenance Manager
Christine Arevalo
Christine is passionate about creating meaningful experiences, both personally and professionally. She loves traveling with her family, spending quality time with loved ones, and hosting fun karaoke nights with friends — singing being one of her favorite hobbies. On weekends, she enjoys visiting cozy cafés to relax and recharge. In her free time, she also enjoys sewing and creating clothes for herself and her baby, using it as a creative and personal outlet.

Professionally, Christine brings five years of experience in the short-term rental industry. She thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in ensuring guests have smooth, comfortable, and memorable stays. Her attention to detail and commitment to hospitality help create consistently positive guest experiences.

Guest Relations & Listing Manager
Mary Grace "Meg" Isip
Meg is a results-driven property management professional with over a decade of experience in customer service. She spent nearly five years as a Supervisor at Airbnb before transitioning into an STR Virtual Assistant role, where she has been thriving for more than three years. Her expertise includes strategically handling negative reviews to maintain Superhost status, onboarding new owners, and successfully launching and optimizing listings online.

Meg is highly organized and believes in the power of systems — everything runs better when it’s structured, clear, and efficient. She understands that strong operations are the backbone of exceptional guest experiences.
​
She is straightforward and confident in speaking up when she believes she is right, while remaining open to learning and growth. Meg welcomes constructive feedback when it is valid and purposeful. Deeply dedicated to her work, she often goes the extra mile — even on her days off — because she treats the company she works with as if it were her own. She values being part of a team that values her in return.

Outside of work, Meg loves to travel — whether exploring different parts of the Philippines, going on long drives, traveling abroad, or enjoying spontaneous late-night road trips. On her days off, she enjoys playdates with the kids and taking time to recharge.

Meg is always willing to share her knowledge with those eager to learn. She believes true success does not come from spoon-feeding, but from real experience — going through the process firsthand and gaining meaningful lessons along the way.

Guest Relations & Marketing Manager
Mae Kristine Real
Mae brings nine years of experience in customer service, having supported a wide range of programs and accounts throughout her career. Her strong foundation in client relations, communication, and problem-solving naturally led her to the hospitality and vacation rental industry, where she has spent the past five years gaining valuable hands-on experience in the short-term rental market. She is passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring that every guest feels welcomed, supported, and comfortable throughout their stay.

At Vistay, Mae plays a key role as the Social Media Manager and Brand Voice of the company. In addition, she works behind the scenes to make sure everything is set and ready for owners to provide the best possible experience in their homes. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence help create seamless stays for both guests and property owners.

Outside of work, Mae is an avid nature enthusiast. She loves exploring new places, especially visiting breathtaking waterfalls and spending time at the beach. These experiences inspire her to continue creating welcoming, relaxing, and memorable environments for every guest Vistay serves.

Rosale Ann Sayson
Ann is a strategic, results-driven property management professional with a strong background in short-term rentals. She began her journey as an Airbnb Claims Team Leader and has since transitioned into a Property Manager and STR Virtual Assistant, where she focuses on optimizing operations, streamlining systems, and enhancing overall property performance. With a keen eye for both profitability and service excellence, she’s passionate about creating seamless experiences that leave a lasting impression on guests.

Outside of work, Ann is a digital nomad at heart who finds balance and inspiration in nature. She enjoys spending time at the beach, chasing sunsets, and recharging outdoors. Deeply grounded in family and shaped by life experiences, she brings empathy, dedication, and thoughtful care into everything she does — always striving to make each guest’s stay feel meaningful and well cared for.

Guest Relations & Compliance Manager
Kai is one of the dedicated support team members at Vistay Vacation Rentals, working behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly. From guest communication to managing compliance and securing necessary permits, Kai plays a vital role in keeping operations seamless. With a strong focus on compliance, Kai ensures that all regulations are met, allowing the business to thrive without interruptions and giving guests the opportunity to enjoy truly memorable stays.

Outside of work, Kai feels most at home in the outdoors. Slow mornings in a hammock, camping in a tent, or spending time at the beach or in the mountains — that’s pure therapy. Nature is where Kai recharges and finds balance.

Connecting with people, learning about diverse cultures, and trying new foods are genuine passions, and food is undoubtedly Kai’s ultimate love language. Bringing that same curiosity, warmth, and grounded energy into work each day, Kai strives to build authentic connections and ensure every experience is a positive one.

Sales Assistant
Alyssa Lapidante
Alyssa has built a strong professional foundation in sales, with over a year of experience complemented by a background in customer service and lead generation. A licensed teacher by profession, she previously worked in education before choosing to explore remote career opportunities that allowed her to grow in new and exciting ways.

Outside of work, Alyssa cherishes spending quality time with her family. She enjoys playing badminton with her husband, nephews, and niece, making the most of simple yet meaningful moments together. She is a passionate home cook who loves experimenting with new dishes, a dedicated fish keeper, and someone who finds joy in capturing life’s special moments through photography.

In her free time, Alyssa also enjoys playing the guitar and singing alongside her husband. Together, they love traveling to nature-filled destinations and discovering different cuisines, always embracing new experiences with curiosity and enthusiasm.

Sales Assistant
Lovely Joy Palma
Joy is a Sales Assistant who helps homeowners discover a better way to manage their vacation rentals. She thrives as part of a team that values both people and performance, ensuring every homeowner feels supported and every property reaches its full potential. She brings a warm, professional approach to every interaction, helping new clients feel confident in their decision to join Vistay. Her goal is to build strong relationships that lead to real results.

Outside of work, Joy stays active with outdoor sports like volleyball and badminton, enjoys quiet walks to recharge, and loves expanding her knowledge through educational videos and a good book. She believes in balance and lifelong learning, bringing that same energy and thoughtfulness into everything she does.
